Our fee is 17% of the expected first-year salary, with a minimum of $4,400. We also provide a one-year guarantee for all placements.
5. What happens if the candidate doesn’t work out?
We offer a one-year guarantee. If the candidate leaves or is terminated within the first year, we will replace them at no additional cost.
